How to install macOS 13.2 RC with an IPSW file

Put the Mac you want to restore into DFU mode, connect it to a second Mac with a USB C cable, open Apple Configurator, then drag the downloaded IPSW file onto the device icon. The Mac will be erased and macOS 13.2 RC installed.

macOS 13.2 RC is prerelease software. Back up your device before installing it, and keep in mind that a backup made on a beta cannot be restored to an older public release.
